Our School Annual Day entitled “UDVITHA” was celebrated on January 5th. UDVITHA means “River with Lotus Flowers”! In reality our School resembled a Flowing River with many Lotus blossoms blooming in plenty, emitting its delicate fragrance all around!
There was a Science cum Art based Expo as well entitled “lnsight Expo“, which was inaugurated by Jancy Ma’am, Principal of ASHISH School, which reflected the research based creative skills of our students.
The Annual Day function was inaugurated by Br. Veda Vedyamrita Chaitanyaji, the ln-Charge of Kasargod Mata Amritanandamayi Math, along with playback singer Sri Anoop Shankar sir as Chief Guest, and Dr. P.V. Krishnan Nair Sir, Retd. Professor, CUSAT as Guest of Honour. Principal Ma’am, Brni Samagitamrita Chaitanyaji read the School Report. This was followed by the Award Distribution Ceremony where our merit students of the previous CBSE Board Exams and others who have excelled in various fields were honoured. This was followed by a variety entertainment programme. The function concluded with the National Anthem and Shanti Mantra.
